I’ve never been a musical or Broadway fan; however, one of my all-time favorite movies was the 1970 musical version of the Christmas Carol – “Scrooge”. To me, this is the musical that I always think of, remember, and can not help but sing-along. Even today, I will sing the songs and reference the movie that very few (if any) recognize and/or can reference. One of the lesser recognizable arrangements is the one that I felt gave an excellent perspective on life.
Why do I bring this up? Because I love this movie. I try to watch it every year around Christmas. Since then, I have attempted to sit through most ever version of the Christmas Carol, and that will include the upcoming 3-D cartoon starring Jim Carrey.
