Never having been that big of a fan of the Stargate franchise, I have found myself enjoying this series. I believe that since it deals more with the characters. In some ways, it reminds me of the Battlestar Galactica days of focusing on who is going through this – instead of focusing on the battles and space fights. This past Friday episode proved my point. Out of nowhere (as I had not peaked ahead), I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the key characters was a lesbian, had a lover, and they enjoyed innocent romantic moment together.
