Caught up on a couple of shows last night, and I think that one of them is coming off of my DVR

- Big Bang Theory – PLEASE! This would never come off the DVR, as there are too many geek references and comic book references for me to miss this. Last night they showed the Green Lantern Lantern, and I want it! Droooooool. Sheldon carries it around with only the pride that a true geek could. When he touched the ring to the lantern to make it glow, I didn’t think there was much more geekiness that they could add. I was ever so wrong. His impersonation of the Hulk (with the Hulk hands on) represented the entire reason that I buy so many dumb toys for myself. Also, his disinterest in girls allows me to connect with him, as I can remember some times being in the exact same situation. Girl was interested, and I was interested in something else.
- Chuck - I tried it again, and I will pass on it again. Doesn’t really catch my attention. MAYBE, if one of his geek buds was gay and they showed some our incredible gay geekiness, I would give it another chance. But for now, NO DVR FOR YOU!
Just as a reminder: The new season of Project Runway starts tomorrow night, and they are back in NYC. WAHOO! I hated last season, and I hope that this season pulls me right back in. Don’t forget to set your DVR!
