2 Cent Reviews – Lost, Heroes, Spartacus

by Zimm on January 27, 2010

Catching up on a lot of shows last night, and I thought that I would give my 2 cents on each of them.

  • Lost - Repeat with some insight, which was nice.  Helped remember where we were and where we are headed.   Was rather refreshing to have a show that seemed to have a defined direction and role for each of the characters.  Which leads me to….
  • Heroes - Ugh.  Silar is handicapped ….. AGAIN.  Why can’t they just let him be the big bad guy?  Why must everyone on the show go through the constant turmoil.  Who am I?  Why am I bad?  Why am I good?  Why can’t you get over it and move on?  Seriously, I’m barely making it through these episodes.  And has anyone really connected with the villain?  He lost his girlfriend.  Killed his brother.  Who cares.
  • Spartacus - Only one episode so far, and I am not quite certain that I like the editing.  Or how ‘clean’ all of the characters are with the makeup, hair, and so on.  Yes, there was a lot of Blood, so it lived up to its name.  Yet – I had hoped for more.   We’ll see.

Okay, those were my 2 cents.  Nothing insightful, and probably things that you had already considered.  But what the hey, I thought I would share.
